Q: How do you rate the clothes in terms of quality?
A: How many times has the item been worn, quality of material used for each piece and the overall look and feel (quality) of each item.

Q: Do I need to create a profile to be allowed to shop?
A: No, you do not need to create a profile to shop.

Q: What is the shipping time?
A: Orders will be shipped within 3 -5 working days from order date.

Q: Why do I need to pay for returns?
A: In order live by our principles of a fair and sustainable company, we cannot offer free returns as it would create a cost for our business which we would need to find a way to compensate (example: increase prices of items).

 Q: Do you ship outside of Switzerland?
A: Yes, we currently ship to Western European countries with plans to expand in the future.

Q: What are the payment methods?
A: We accept all major credit cards and paypal.

Q: How do gift cards work?
A: You can use your gift card voucher code at check out.
