Returns

Returns are welcomed within 14 days of purchase within the exact same condition as when received. 

In order to get your return started, send an email to returns@onwear.co or send us a text message/Whatsapp to (+41 76 531 1370). We will come back to you within 24 hours. Your message must include the following details:

• Purchase order number
• Items being returned
• Reason for return

Please note: Returns a refunded via the same payment method. Returns are at the cost of the buyer.

We reserve the right to reject a return if the item is damaged, stained or with a smell.

Exchanges

For the moment we do not offer exchanges due to constant change of supply in stock.
